Murcia: March against the coup d’état in Bolivia
On December 1st, a March and subsequent Coexistence of the Bolivian Community of Murcia took place in Murcia, supported by different social, trade union and political organizations, among them the Internationalist Anti-Imperialist Front of Murcia. The March went through the centre of the capital and ended at the door of the City Hall of Murcia, where a Manifesto of the Bolivian Community of Murcia was read, as well as another one supporting the organizations of Murcia.
The banner that headed the March, expressed “For the Sovereignty of the Peoples, Imperialism Outside Latin America”.
Citizens from Ecuador, Nicaragua, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, etc… residing in Murcia, and of course, a diverse representation of adults and young people from the entities of Murcia that we support, participated in the same march.
Evo-Pueblo demonstrated in the streets of Madrid
The people of Evo demonstrated on December 15, in Madrid. They came with their skirts, with their Wiphalas, with their identity as a people standing. They came from Granada, Murcia, Barcelona, Bilbao, Palma de Mallorca… They were shouting what the Spanish media are silent about: “that in Bolivia there was a coup d’état”, “that the self-proclaimed is a usurper” “that the people don’t want it”, “that Camacho and the military stole, murdered and took away their president”. Evo-people walked from Opera to Sol asking for justice “justice now, justice now, carajo!” they shouted as they waved the flags. Justice for their martyrs, freedom for the detainees, justice for the wounded.
Evo-pueblo walked through the centre of Madrid to the Puerta del Sol. The Internationalist Anti-imperialist Front walked beside him, accompanying their voices, following their footsteps, twinning their flags with the internationalist star.
The Internationalist Anti-Imperialist Front visits the Nicaraguan Embassy in Spain
FAI visited the embassy of Nicaragua on December 17th to show the solidarity with the Sandinista government and the resistance of it’s people against the imperialism.
